The St.Louis Rams have parted ways with Steve Spagnolo after only getting 10 wins in 3 years with the Rams. The highly sought defensive coordinator that shut down the Pats in the Giants 17-14 Super Bowl win had a -207 point differential this season and has the NFL's worst run defense. Word is the Rams have contacted Jon Gruden and Jeff Fischer.

The Tampa Bay Bucs have fired Raheem Morris after a 10 game losing streak had the former 9 win team finish with only 4 this year. Another former defensive coordinator who has failed...is Rex next? Well, not this year.
